In a major coup for Arsenal we look certain to bring in a new talented head scout, Set to replace Steve Rowley. Arsenal have had to pay BVB around £1.8m to prise him away from the Dortmund. Sven looks likely to lead our January transfer business, Moley is told he will have free reign. Previous targets are more then likely to change, anything you have read previously throw it out the window.
