There is no doubt Ozil is somewhat a super star for Arsenal, Assists and chances created he is by far the best in the premier league. However it's the big game's that fans remember, it's the where was Ozil against that City team who just beat us 2-0. I totally understand why people rate him highly. I also understand why some say he goes missing and i am one of them fans.
Looking at his big games performances i can not rate him a superstar. For me a superstar is some one who takes the game by the throat, and runs riot over the opposition. How many times have we had a conversation that oh de Bruyne went missing, it does not happen.
People will ague that we are not set up for Ozil, he hasn't got the players around him to succeed. Well i have to disagree a player who has created the most chances, and is up there with the most assists. Has proven to me that he has a very good team and quality players around him. When Ozil is on his on, there is no doubt in my mind that Arsenal can be very successful with Ozil in the team. I just wish he could find that extra something when its needed against the bigger teams and hopefully Chelsea this weekend.
