Amidst the contractual saga between Arsenal and Aaron Ramsey, the Welshman appears to have every intention of remaining an Arsenal player for the entire season, according to reporting from multiple outlets. Nothing short of a strange situation in my opinion, with an agreement made, only for the club to perform a u-turn and back out of the impending deal.
Ramsey is a player who has polarized fan opinion during his tenure at Arsenal. Some adore him and will be gutted if the club allows him to depart, whereas I know some won't be entirely bothered. I for one will admit that he was never my favorite player for Arsenal. However, I have to concede that he's brought me some of my best moments as an Arsenal fan in recent times with his FA Cup winning heroics as well as handfuls of individual moments of brilliance. Regardless of your opinion on the flying Welshman, there is no denying his ability to produce the spectacular. So while it's easy to get tangled up in the arguments of keeping him/not keeping him, etc., knowing that this is his last season, I think we should try to just enjoy him and what he's capable of producing while we still have the opportunity.

Below are what I believe to be Aaron's best goals for the club. Enjoy!
October 19, 2013 vs Norwich
Ramsey produced two goals in both premier league matches against the canaries in the 2013/2014 season worthy mentions. The first was was at the Emirates was a brilliant piece of dribbling inside Norwich's 18. A faked shot followed by a stop and go ended up leaving three Norwich defenders on the floor once he smashed the ball into the back of the net. This Premier League match always springs to mind when I think back to matches I thoroughly enjoyed.
November 2, 2013 vs Liverpool
This was probably the point at which Ramsey was hitting peak form. After a brilliantly lifted pass crafted by Ozil from the right channel, he takes a touch and then hesitates a moment to position himself. He then asked himself why the hell not and unleashed a volley beyond Mignolet. Peach of a goal.
May 11, 2014 vs Norwich
At this point in the season, Ramsey was just recovering form and fitness from a lengthy injury layoff, which was detrimental to any title hopes we had. He was just getting back to full fitness in this match and thankfully in time for the FA Cup Final just around the corner. A Giroud chip from across the box from the left hand side saw the Welshman dispatch the opportunity with class authority, a full volley into the upper corner. Top drawer goal.
May 17, 2014 vs Hull (FA Cup Final)
Unquestionably the most joy I've experienced as an Arsenal fan in recent time. I left the Austin Tavern without a voice and soaked in beer. Was in the second period of extra time, and yet Ramsey was still motoring with a late run towards the opponents goal. After a neat backheel from Giroud, Ramsey does the rest with a tidy shot from the outside of his right boot. Trophy drought was finally over and I was officially saturated in alcohol.
December 9, 2014 vs Galatasaray
Of all the lot, this one in my opinion is the best. To be honest, I am still trying to work this one out. If you look closely, he actually hits it just milliseconds before it hits the ground. Was an absolute laser, and with his weaker foot. So good, I don't really have any more to add to this one.
March 5, 2016 vs Spuds
Scoring a goal against your bitter rivals and at their home is one thing. Scoring a cheeky improvised backheel is even sweeter. What I appreciate most about this one (other than his celebration) is how he lifted the ball in the air. Ridiculous piece of skill.
May 27, 2017 vs Chelsea (FA Cup Final)
Everyone had written us off in this one. We'd finished outside the top 4. So many negative things happening during this season. However, Ramsey gave us something to be happy about as he ghosted past Kante and in between Luiz and Alonso to latch on to a pass from Giroud with a neatly directed header past Courtois. Game over, and another FA Cup trophy.
April 5, 2018 vs CSKA
Of his improvised flicked goals, this one I would rate of the highest order. Ozil's pass was slightly behind his run into the CSKA box. He had the choice to trap the ball down taking a touch, or attempt the more difficult in a first time flick He chose the latter. What made the degree of difficulty so high on this goal was the variable of the onrushing CSKA keeper. The quick decision and deft touch lifting it over the keeper was stunning.
October 7, 2018 vs Fulham
What I love about this goal was the inner play was just as impressive as the finish. Will surely be one of the goals of the season. Once again, Ramsey shows his instinct to improvise on the finish. Impressive how the ball doesn't actually hit the ground from the right back position all the way Fulham's final third. Brilliant goal.
Tell us which goal you think was best, or which one was your favorite!
